****************************************************************************** BSW Electronic Mail 16-Mar-2009 15:40:02 CET Message Number 0276 ****************************************************************************** Author: Rolf Dach Subject: GLONASS frequency change Dear BSW users On March 11th, (day 070 of year 2009, approximately at 11:00UTC) GLONASS has changed the frequency numbers for four of the satellites: R10 and R14: from 4 to -7 R17 and R21: from -1 to 4 The satellite information file and the satellite problem file have been updated accordingly. We remind you to update these files regularly when processing your data. Please note that the Bernese GPS Software, Version 5.0 is not able to process GLONASS data with different frequency numbers within one session. The time windows in the satellite files are updated for a daily processing scheme from 00:00 to 24:00 hours. It also works for an hourly processing scheme. If you use a different processing scheme (in particular if you have midnight of 2009-03-12 within one of your sessions) you need to adapt the time windows for the frequency change accordingly. Best regards Rolf Dach in behalf of the BSW team [Mailed from: Peter Walser ]
