NRC1 hydrogen maser used as a time reference. In the sp3 EPH file sat. epochs with no reference (e.g. NRC1 not observing a satellite) have a value of 99999.999999 microseconds. NRC1 clock error & drift were about -63 ns (49628) & -28 ns/day w.r.t. GPS time. ALGO used as reference on Oct 02 (49627). (ALGO clock error & drift were about -1944 ns (49627) & -22 ns/day w.r.t. GPS time.) 2. Starting with this week (769) we have implemented the following changes: - the new satellite attitude phase correction model implemented from the generic routines as described in the IGSmail #551 and using as nominal the max. rotation rates. (This resulted in significantly improved residuals and rejection rates during the eclipse and noon maneuvers) - Block II sv antenna offset of 1.0229m (instead of .952m) - new updated and complete ocean loading (due to Pagiatakis) - satellite specific code biases evaluated weekly EMR processing summary will be updated shortly to reflect these changes. Extensive tests indicated no significant changes (jumps) in EOP should result from this processing update. 3. NRC1 was removed from orbit processing, on Oct 02 (day275), due to noisy data. 4. Pseudorange data problems at MCMU on days Oct 02 to 08, 1994. All the above pseudorage data either excluded or deleted. 5. ALGO was removed from orbit processing, on Oct 05 (day278), due to noisy data. 6. STJOHNS was removed from orbit processing, on Oct 06 (day279), due to noisy data. SOLUTION CHARACTERISTICS 1.
