The cumulative combination is done to ensures 14 parameters singularity. The weekly combined solution is aligned to the IGS00 of the current epoch using a 7-parameters transformation. The singular cumulative combined solution is aligned to the IGS00 of the reference epoch using a 14-parameters transformation and the 54 ITRF station positions and velocities.
