The new release is called 'igs20_2239.atx'. It contains the following changes: 1) According to https://www.glonass-iac.ru/en/sostavOG/ the GLONASS-M satellite R861, launched on 28. November 2022, will be replacing the GLONASS-M satellite 736 in slot 16. Therefore following satellite has been added to the igs20.atx: R16 (R861): 28. November 2022 As preliminary PCOs the values from GLONASS-M satellite 860 has been used. 2) According to NAGU 293-221204 the GLONASS-M satellite 736 was decommissioned. 293-221204 NOTICE ADVISORY TO GLONASS USERS (NAGU) 293-221204 SUBJ:16/-1 (736) TERMINATION OF WORK WITH THE SC 1.CONDITION: 16/-1 736 TERMINATION OF WORK WITH THE 03.12.22/0000 2.USERS ARE REMINDED TO UPDATE ALMANACS IF NECESSARY The satellite has stopped transmitting since the end of last year. According to CODE the satellite has been tracked until the 17. December 2021 by the IGS network. Therefore following decommission date has been added: R16 (R736): 17.
