All the skeleton files can be found together in the standard location; ftp://ftp.igs.org/pub/station/general/skel/ The skeleton files are updated daily with the latest station stream obsevations and the necessary metadata. These Rinex header files with the correct metadata? for each station are derived from the latest station logs from here; ftp://ftp.igs.org/pub/station/log/?and here ftp://ftp.igs.org/pub/station/log_9char/ Please send us any comments or suggestions.
