From msantos at unb.ca Mon Dec 22 11:36:26 2014 From: msantos at unb.ca (Marcelo Santos) Date: Mon, 22 Dec 2014 19:36:26 +0000 Subject: [IGSMAIL-7021] Atmophere Session at the AGU/CGU Joint Assembly, 3-7 May, in Montreal Message-ID: We would like to call the attention to the following Session to take place during the AGU/CGU Joint Assembly, 3-7 May, in Montreal, Canada http://ja.agu.org/2015/scientific-program/abstracts/ Submission deadline is January 14th, 2015. Session Title: Modelling the Neutral Atmosphere and Ionosphere for Geodetic and Geophysical Applications Session Description: A thorough understanding of the different processes that take place in the Earth's atmosphere requires remotely sensed observations of various types, as well as a multi-disciplinary approach for treating, processing and interpreting them. This session deals with any kind of measurement, treatment and interpretation of measurements intended to model the atmosphere for geodetic and geophysical applications, including, but not exclusively dealing with, current and future satellite systems, coupling of atmospheric layers, atmospheric and ionospheric corrections for geodesy, GNSS atmospheric sounding, tomography, and short- and long-term applications for weather and climate.
