Note that R15 is one of three GLONASS satellites included in the tracking program by the ILRS. In the following table, just 17 of 66 GPS/GLONASS tracking stations are currently able to track R15, or, to be more specific, GLONASS satellites transmitting on negative frequency channels. For more information please be referred to: http://www.javad.com/jns/ It is important to mention that this update was previously unavailable via www for Javad receiver models with board versions Euro_x, JPS_3, JPS_4_x. The latest firmware version available was 2.3p4. The update to firmware 2.6.0 for Javad's old Legacy receivers has been made available via www at our request. Note: It is therefore questionable whether the specified receiver model is actually correct for "JPS LEGACY" receivers listed with a firmware version higher than 2.3p4: BORJ, FFMJ, LEIJ, SASS, TITZ, WARN Regarding Topcon's receiver models: Currently, the version of the firmware that supports tracking of R15 is on the last stage of testing. This version is expected to be released in a few weeks. Beta version (3.2) is available right now. For questions please contact support at topcon.com. Regarding Ashtech's Z18: This receiver model is no longer supported. It should be emphasized once more that keeping the running firmware up to date is indispensable for any modern electronic device, in particular for GNSS receivers, which have to track all the available navigation signals and therefore must cope with potential GNSS constellation changes.
