Other than that problem, requiring the clock steering function to be disabled, the unit now appears to track properly. A replacement receiver was sent but unfortunately arrived on-site in unusable condition. Until a functioning replacment can be put in place, I am making the assumption that even with large clock offset and drift values, the data from the existing receiver will be of some use.
