The antenna and receiver information are consistent with the file localtie.tab from the IGS database at the Central Bureau. In our solutions, we are constraining the coordinates of the 13 primary IGS stations listed in IGS mail 430, except for the IGS/PGGA station at Goldstone. (2) Data missing at SIO3 and PIN1 on days 002-003 is due to an Ashtech firmware problem.
